SITE CONDITION
Location: A small section of the Xiangjiang River Wetlands in Hunan Province, China

DESIGN DIRECTION
Statement of intent: This project presents a challenge to craft a uniquely beautiful, intimate, and self-contained space for individuals to reside in for a year while they work or study. The task involves envisioning living in these modern-day "cocoons" solo, with weekly commutes to school. These temporary cocoons aim to fulfill essential needs in a compact space.
